• Discussion and development of theme, color, style and complete wedding design

• Research of wedding professionals (all of your wedding vendors) in each category that fit your event style and budget. We will also provide you with suggestions and guidance in making final selections

• Unlimited attendance at vendor appointments of your choice

• Visits to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding

• Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party

• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day

• Wedding Rehearsal Supervision

• Assistance in setup of favors and wedding day items from the client (ex. unity candles, cake set, guest book,etc.)

• 2 Coordinators for your Wedding Day

• Three in-­person consultations

• Unlimited contact during the last 2 planning months via telephone (must be scheduled) and email

• Vendor referrals and access to discounts using some of our exclusive B Posh Vendors( DJ/Band, Floral, Décor, Invitations, Makeup, Hair, Photography, Videography, Caterer, Cake, etc.)

• Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding

• We will immediately introduce ourselves to your vendors and work with them as a team

• Minimal assistance with finalizing décor details

• Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and the bridal party

• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day

• Wedding Rehearsal Supervision [1 hour maximum]

• Onsite coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to [10+] hours on the day of your wedding including setup and take down

This starts within 2 months of your wedding day and also upon signing your contract with a retainer.
